Can't edit text in text link as it's drifted off the side of the page

Hi there, I can’t edit the text in a text link I’ve created for the email pop up banner. I’ve tried looking elsewhere to edit the text but when you go to the live website, it has the actual word “text link” instead of “close” which is what we need it to say. See below.
Any idea how I can edit the text?? TIA!
