Can't Delete Field from Collection

I have tried and tried to delete a field from a collection.

I get the message: “This field is currently used by either a Dynamic List on the site or inside a Collection page template. To delete this field, you’ll need to remove any references to it first.”

I have gone through my website and removed ALL references but it still won’t let me delete it.

Any ideas why please?

I had this bug once and @Waldo solved it for me.
Here is his answer by email.

"I just pushed a dependency refresh on your sites with those collections so you should be able to delete those now. You can push a force refresh on your site at anytime by pressing CMD + S or CTRL + S on Windows to save your site, and then refresh the Designer in case you run into this again and then you should be able to delete the collections.

If you are sure you have deleted everything on the collection it might be this.

Hi @76kid as @zbrah said I may need to push a dependency refresh on your site so that you can delete the field. Can you please update your post with your site read only link and let me know which field you’re trying to delete from which collection? If you’re not able to share it publicly you’re more than welcome to message me directly with the information.

I do have the same problem: can’t delete the field “Privatadresse_to_delete” in the collection “Funktionäre”. Could you help me?

Hi @Nine I just pushed a force dependency refresh on your site so after refreshing the Designer you should be able to delete that field from your collection.

Help. Same problem here. I deleted all the references to “Thumbnail Image” field in “Projects” collection, and since i dont need it anymore i want to delete it!
