I have signed up and paid for the professional account.
I tried to clone a showcase, and the system keeps telling me that I haven’t verified my email.
After a long time of searching, I realized Webflow doesn’t have a simple button to let me verify my email.
I have tried to change to another email and switch back to the original email address, even both step includes the click on the link in the mailbox, yet Webflow still tells me that I haven’t verified my email address.
I tried to login in on Webflow Forum, it asked me to verify my email again, I was very happy. Thought finally I am able to make my email address proven it’s real.
but no, after the process of receiving the link, click on it, I still couldn’t seem to clone a simple showcase site.
I have paid both for the team plan and pro.
Webflow still hasn’t got back to my email. So I am here to ask for some help!
I just want to start working, this whole process has taken a whole day…
