Can't change the sliding pictures of my IDent Template

Hey There!
Currently I am working on a Website for one of my clients. It’s a local Dentist.

Unfortunately I can’t change these “Sliding” Pictures in the middle of the Site to some others.

I am a nearly complete beginner, so please excuse, if it’s an easy fix, which I just don’t know.

Just press on the slider inside the navigator then Settings Panel (Cog icon on the right), there are 2 arrows to switch slides
