Cant add products to cart: "Product is not available in this quantity"


I have been running my store successfully for two years. now all of a sudden the cart is not working anymore.
As soon as I add an item or even just open the empty cart I immediately get the error message “Product is not available in this quantity”.

It seems to be exactly the same behavior as with Kimberly_Rickle.
Unfortunately, the measures described there have not brought any improvement for me. I have already disabled web payments and removed ApplePay. Unfortunately without improvement.
