Cannot scroll down pages in design mode

When I go to edit my web pages, I see a scroll bar that on the right side of the content page where I should be able to scroll down to see the rest of the page, but it’s greyed out and doesn’t work. I can only see the part of the design page in the main screen. Please advise. Using a Macbook Pro and Chrome (regular and incognito), have also tried Firefox to no avail.

Hi! don’t click on the scrollbar on the right, instead, do a two-finger vertical scroll on your trackpad -without clicking anything. Hope this was helpful!
