Can You Toggle 'Clickable' Link Blocks while using Collection Lists?

Hello!

So the page I shared below in the read-only link has different team members, and when you click through on a person, you’ll be redirected to a page with their write up.

However, some members do not have write ups (some operations professionals only, at the bottom of the page), and I want to make their link blocks unclickable (so that people don’t just go to an empty page).

I’m using the CMS for all the info, so I’m not 100% sure how to go about this!

The easiest way, which avoids code, is to make two identical copies of the block. One is wrapped with the link, and the other is not. Then use conditional visibility to determine whether you want to show the linked version, or the unlinked version.
