Can someone help me with this grid/collection on mobile?

Hey there,

A developer helped me set up this website a long time ago. I’m trying to duplicate an element but instead wrap everything in a collection list. The element looks great on desktop but I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong on mobile.

Here is how the element is supposed to look:

Can anyone help? Here is my read only link.

Remove the word Grid from the combo class ‘Container Grid’. Reduce the font size - example here - to 30px.
