Can someone help me create this nav-menu?

If you go to etchapps.com you will see a unique website navigation menu. I want that in my life.

I created that in the past on a different website. But, decided to use a different nav-menu for that one. Now, for a new website, I would like to create that style of navigation menu.

The problem is that I don’t remember how I did it. :joy:

A little help would be great. I don’t know how to create that hamburger menu button to go along side of the navigation links. This is my only problem.
