Burger menu and footer links not working in mobile

The “burger menu” and links in the footer work fine in preview mode, but when I access the site through a mobile browser, they do not. They are inactive and nothing happens when I click on them.

Can someone please help me figure out what is going on? I have checked everything I can think of, so I don’t know what else to try.

  1. Select the Navbar or any element within it in the Designer
  2. Open the Settings panel
