Built a Customisable Calendar Embed that is powered by Airtable

Hey all! Ryan here, I created a tool that lets you customize and embed Airtable data on any Webflow website.

I’ve implemented the feedback I got from here (Thanks again!) and am excited to share our new Calendar template.

This template is a perfect way to showcase upcoming events on your website all whilst managing them in Airtable.

The Template comes with a bunch of customisation options:

  • The Calendar comes with 4 views (Day, Week, Month, Agenda)
    You can toggle which views you want to have on your template

  • Choose a Default Calendar view for the Calendar.
    This is the view that the template starts with when the template first loads on your website. You can combine this with toggling off views you don’t want to have only 1 view on the Calendar.

  • Popup Event Modals
    When you click into an event a modal will pop up with more information. Here you can also add custom fields and more. (I am investigating adding the modal functionality across existing templates too, stay tuned!)

  • Custom Event Coloring
    You can setup a field in Airtable that controls the color of events based on a Hex Code or English Colour (e.g #FFFFFF or White)

The template is also free to use!

  1. All you need to do is, head to www.shareables.ai
  2. Choose the Wall of Love templates that you can plug your Airtable data into.
  3. Use the editor to customize it to fit your needs.
  4. When you’re ready, install the iframe into your website

Hey @Ryan_Walker, this is awesome! Love the flexibility of the new calendar template, especially with the custom views and event coloring options. The integration with Airtable makes it so easy to manage events, and I’m excited to see the modal functionality roll out to other templates. Thanks for sharing and for making it free—great work!
