Bug with Animate while Scrolling Panel

The panel for Scroll Animation is displaying 0% and 100% directly beside each other. This means I can only move things 1% at a time. It wasn’t like this yesterday (or the day before). Same browser, same extensions, nothing changed on my end this time.
