Bodymovin - AE Expression: Lottie Animation not showing the content

Hi everyone,

I’m working on a text animation in AE using Expression and trying to render a json file with the bodymovin plugin. But the Lottie Animation does not display the animation (please see screenshots).

I think it has to do something in the bodymovin settings like converting expressions to keyframes or something like that.

Very few (if any) expressions are supported with Bodymovin, so you’ll need to “bake” down your keyframes before exporting for them to show up. Just right-click the layer with the expression, then go to Keyframe Assistant > Convert Expression to Keyframes and it should show up as expected.
