Beginner Question

Hi,
I’m working on designing my first website but when I’m in designer I can’t scroll down to see the lower area of my work. I try to use up and down arrows to scroll but all it does is select different sections of my work. Could anyone help me learn how to scroll up and down?

1. is the scrollbar. It’s thin and gray, so not visually obvious. click and drag to scroll
2. is the nav pane. Click any element to scroll to it
3. Use the mousewheel here to scroll incrementally
