Backup failed after restore attempts (could not load index page DOM)

URGENT inquiry, could someone please let me know what can I do to fix this:

Restored backup but result in index page DOM fail to load

I do not have any clone copies of my website.

Email webflow support 4 hours ago and haven’t heard back

Could you please kindly recommend some solutions?
