Background Video not displaying

Does the video-background component need to be next to the body or something? Should it not show anywhere?

I’m not exactly sure why it wasn’t showing to begin with, but if you move the video above the level of the content folder, it spans the whole viewport and plays. If you to constrain the video’s viewing area, you can place it in a div and give it a percentage like the screenshot below. hope this helps.
