In this post, Jim Forbes provides a detailed step-by-step guide on how to adjust your video for different breakpoints, ensuring it looks great on all devices. He even includes specific width and height percentages for tablet, mobile landscape, and mobile portrait views:

This should be the solution to what you’re asking. 
Sounds like the list text color is inheriting a background style in your Rich Text. Try checking typography styles in the CMS item or clear formatting after pasting , had this happen on a client blog where the text was technically there but invisible due to inherited color.
