Background Color of Container won't change

Hi Webflow Community :slight_smile:

When I change the background color of a container it only applies to the designer and the published website still shows the color of the template.

How can I solve this?

Any help is appreciated!

Hi DKNSTUDIOS,

Might be because you’re applying a canvas to the #wrapper. You won’t be able to edit its background.

You might find more success changing the background in the custom code:

Here you can change the custom code, if you’re unable to, you would need a paid plan yes.
