Automatically scroll and stop temporarily

Hi there,

This really drives me crazy. I have no choice but to ask you for help.

I want to create the same effects like this web:

Can I have “Automatically scroll and stop temporarily” or “a section scrolls into view, it will show the entire section” in Webflow? If can, how to do that?
The other thing is, if a link to the page section is under a scrolling section, can it go to the right location? (In my situation, it can’t.)

and background scroll interactions:

Thanks a lot.
But for the background interaction, right now the “replace elements in animations” is not available anymore. Is there any other solution which I can use?
