I can’t log into my account (401 Unauthorized error).
Google login and password reset both fail.
Support form also crashes with a client-side exception.
Please advise.
I can’t guess, but generally it’s an extension conflict, corrupted cache, or VPN/firewall issue.
Either way, your google email is the same email you use for the standard username + password login. Try logging in that way, use password reset if you don’t know your direct login password.
The thing is, I followed all the recommendations. And when I try to change my password, I still get an error. And I can’t fill out the support form because it returns a 401 error. It’s a vicious circle.
Try a different computer / browser / network.
What you’re describing, I’d first guess a VPN issue, browser extension conflict, or possibly a corrupted browser cache.
