If you scroll up and down, the mobilephone is changing it’s position. Some people call this “paralax scrolling” :))))
Unfortunately this isn’t built into Webflow yet. It would require custom coding to achieve this effect.
I’ve never done this before, but I think this tutorial made by @PixelGeek would help you:
