Animation and interactions not working

Hi guys,
I really need some help here please.
I’m quite new to Webflow and working on a portfolio website at the moment Currently I have a few interactions setup on the home page. But when I do a small change to one interaction, everything else is stopped working. I’m not sure why. I just ignored and started making some original changes again but there were no change happening on the canvas either. ex. changing the opacity. Does any one have ever experienced this problem? how do you solve this.
