Anchor links group stickying to the bottom rather then to the top

Hi all! I am trying to achieve this effect for scrolling content

as you can see, the group of anchor links stick to the bottom of the div (5vh from bottom of the container)
I have structured my block similarly, but if I stick the anchor links to the bottom, they simply don´t stick (they do if I stick them to the top of the div)
Any idea why?

To make this work, you column should first be appearing at the bottom. For this you can apply align-self: end and for the sticky appearance now you can apply position: sticky and then give a bottom value of 0 or what works best for you.
