Anchor link not scrolling to correct position

The “Contact Us” link in the nav and the “Let’s Connect” button both link to #contact - However, on initial load they do not make it farenough down the page. After that, if you scroll around and then click on one of the aformentioned links, they work correctly, scrolling down to the contact form which has the id #contact

FYI I was able to resolve this by setting my images to eager load vs lazy load. This is done for each individual image under the settings tab btw. This article helped me figure out that, that was the issue.
