Alternative to Fuulpage.js

Hi all ! I try to implement this equivalent to fuulpage.js submitted by peexelgeek !

I would already like to succeed in making it applicable for the responsive, I imagine that it must surely be on the touchEvents side. Then I would like to create a delay between the different sliders so that it is not possible to scroll them like a madman! Voila, if ever someone has a solution to offer me that would be welcome
