Adding Social Media Icons

I am trying to add social media icons in the footer of my website
(like these websites - https://www.monikerpartners.com/ and https://shopgumption.com/#).

I currently have my footer set up as a grid (is this the best way to do this?), but I am not sure how to add Instagram and Facebook icons with links. I assume I need a link block for each icon and have tried adding these in several ways - in div blocks, in a grid inside the grid box, and in columns, but this doesn’t seem to be working.

Any help would be appreciated.
