Ability to add a form to automatically populate collection

Hello,

With CMS we can display information from a collection. But the only way to add it to collection is through Editor or Designer interface.

It would be handy to be able to add a form for a specific collection. So that website users can add some data too.

That can be done anonymously (with moderation) or might require an ability to register website users.

I understand this feature will interfere with the restriction on number of Editors.
