I wanted to ask your help as I keep getting a “Something’s wrong. Please try again.” message whenever I try to submit a form. I checked and all the field names match correctly with the Hubspot form, and I am not sure what else could be the problem.

Hi @Lokal_Peru it looks like the webflow form has a field named productos but the Hubspot form has a required field named 0-2/productos
Can you change the Hubspot field name to productos and try again?

I see that the field in hubspot was Productos as well, but I changed the field name to message and also updated the webflow form field name; but I still have the same issue. Could something else be causing it?
Hi @Lokal_Peru I just submitted on the form and it worked fine. Can you hard refresh your browser and try again?

@elijah Hey Elijah. I just connected my webflow and hubspot account using vimkit. It was successful and the submissions are getting collected in hubspot instantly. Thank you.
I have one question though, how does email validation work here? Hubspot forms only accepts work emails and other emails like gmail and yahoo are rejected and the form won’t be successfully submitted unless you use a work email. Now after connecting vimkit I tried submitting using a gmail ID and the submission was successful and it’s getting collected in hubspot as well.
I don’t want the user to be able to submit the form unless he uses a work email. He should get an error message below his email field if he uses his personal email (example in the screenshot)

@deepak_mohan Could you check if you’ve enabled “Block Free Email Providers” on the Hubspot form you’re connecting to via Vimkit (Block form or pop-up form submissions from specific email domains)?
When that’s enabled in Hubspot, Vimkit will reject emails from free providers (the same email providers as those blocked by Hubspot).

I have another request as well. Can you tell me how to connect the hidden fields in hubspot to webflow? Since there isn’t an option to create hidden fields in webflow I have been embedding custom code to the webflow form. Is there another way for me to map the hubspot hidden fields using Vimkit?

Does the integration with webflow - vimkit - hubspot also populate the original source fields and the original source drilldown 1/2 fields? This is particularly insightful to determine the very first (digital) touchpoint of a contact.

Hi I have some issues, and wonder if you can help. I have a number of forms on our Webflow website - a subscribe form (from a modal and also from a banner appearing on multiple pages), a contact form, a visit us form, 3 brochure froms and another multi-step form, which is a bit more complex (Let’s Chat). You will find the rest of the forms scattered in the website with multi-page components, which means for instance that the subscribe form is on several pages as a duplicate element.
I am getting the first subscribe form to work successfully but once I start adding more forms everything breaks, i.e. my other form submissions stop working even on the actual website once I add the different attribute values to the different froms.
