2 links in the same space

In the section “Tesction” i want to make the page scroll down to the tab content when you open a tab, but it seems i can only have one action working at a time (scrolling or opening a tab) is there any way to achieve this? thanks

Would be interested to know how to do this as well. If links could be nested, it would be easy…
