I am working on a site which includes a lightbox elements and youtube video link.
The Youtube Video needs to autoplay and not show third party videos at the end.
We have put the relevant options within the link as described by youtube and also webflow support.

I understand a read-only link is advised however breaches GDPR with our client.
GDPR is primarily about user tracking, PII and information capture, and relates to the end-users of your website. It wouldn’t be related to your readonly designer link. However in this case I think I can point you in the right direction.
Modern browsers generally will not autoplay video unless it is also muted.
The “youtube related videos” are a youtube feature that can not be directly disabled in the URL, it’s part of the service. However if you really want your videos on youtube, there are some workarounds.
