Hi guys,

I just connected my domain successfully and published my website surfagency.ca
When I try to access the website on any browser, I get this error ‘’ Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access / on this server. ‘’

Does anyone know if it’s just because I just published it 15 minutes ago and it takes a certain time, or is it a problem that I need to solve.

It works fine. DNS records get cached and take time to propagate. Try dumping your browser cache and reloading. It’s also possible that your ISP has cached the DNS records, so if that doesn’t work, check again tomorrow.

I see your site, so it’s available. In the worst-case scenario, everyone else will within 72 hours.
