Why does site open near the bottom of the page?

When I open my site (https://sst2020.webflow.io/ (temp URL)), the site opens near the bottom of the page – either near the Join Us section or the Contact Us section. Why? And how do I fix it? Thanks!

Because of the “autofocus” checkbox on your first form field.
