Where is checked state for custom checkbox style?

Hey all, I’m having trouble getting the checked state to show as an option for a radio button under the state option in the style selector. I’ve made sure to select the custom style option on the radio button but I’m still not getting the checked option.

I’ve reviewed all of Webflows Documentation here: Customize form checkboxes and radio buttons | Webflow Updates, but can’t seem to understand why it’s not giving me the option. Does anyone have any idea of what I might be missing here to make that state an option? I’ve included my link below. See the buttons that are labeled with months for reference.

Thanks Stan, I see the class needs to be applied to the radio button specifically rather than the wrapper as I had. Appreciate the help.
