Webflow form submission not working

Help! I’m trying to gate a piece of content, but the form only delivers error messages.

Webflow form won't submit

I have a very simple form on my site with nothing too crazy going on (no custom code, etc). I have added my email address in Form settings (on Project Settings level) and everything looks good but I can’t get it to submit! After I press “send it” the button changes to “Please wait” and then eventually (several seconds later) I get an error message that it couldn’t submit. **Read only link is here. ** Form is on my Contact page.
