Unable to rotate element by Z axis

I am trying to follow the accordion tutorial (Create a custom accordion - Webflow University Documentation) but I cannot create a rotation in the Z direction for the toggle icon animation. I only get options for X and Y rotations.
The Z axis only shows up for the initial state, if I try to create a non-initial state the Z axis disappears.

Hello,
I fixed this by enabling “set as initial state”.
And I moved it in the “Actions” block according to the time schedule later after I turned off “set as initial state”, but the rotation angle remains. See the “Technical support” block.
So the Z Axis is rotated but is not present in the Webflow interface. link
