Unable to connect to Paypal

Hi, I am trying to connect payPal to my CMS website.

From Settings → Ecommerce–> I select the Connect to PayPal Button.

PayPal Fetches my information, I login into my Paypal. I get a message that I have successfully connected to PayPal and it automatically takes me back to webflow. THEN I get an error “unable to connect to PayPal Account. please try again.”

What am I doing wrong and what do I need to do to set this up correctly?

Since the issue involves private account information and perhaps private account setup information in Paypal side that need to be checked, I suggest to contact to Webflow support to get more help with this at support@webflow.com or from the Contact Us link on the community home page at https://forum.webflow.com.

Hi Deanna, I had the same problem. I solved by changing from Safari to Chrome, and than works! :blush:
