Trying to create chevron shaped divs, what should I use?

I am trying to create shapes like this but not sure how I can do it. There should also be text inside these to give information about the stage. What is the best way to implement something like this?

Also is it possible to make them responsive and turn into this?

Hi

two simple ways I can think of:

  1. create image outside webflow and place it inside A div.
  2. use font awesome chevron character :wink:.
