Track URL form submit

Hi guys, i need some help on how to track in wich URL (or wich Landing Page) my lead submitted.

I have a lot of LP´s but we use the same form in all LP’s. (We always set a button in a LP tha redirect to my form that is build in another page).

I need to track in which page he submitted. How can i track that?

I use zapier to automate my form, so i need like a field that track that URL

You can accomplish this using custom code to insert the current window location into a hidden field in your form.
