Text doesn't show up when published but shows up in Designer

Hi, I’m working on the site http://www.cindertoot.com. I have text in the “Bulk Purchases” section that doesn’t show up unless there is a change in the window size (or on mobile, if the phone changes orientation). Is there a way to fix this so that the text shows up?

Any help would be appreciated.

I’m seeing this also, changes are saved but not reflected in what is published

Edit: only way around it is to copy the page and delete the original, this works but isn’t exactly a great workflow
