Team Member Bio pop-up (in collection list)

I am currently attempting to create a pop-up or other interaction so that when you click on a team member (within collection list) a separate block will pop up to display their full bio. I have had a lot of trouble getting this to work.

Is it even possible? I am very new to webflow, so I really need some help!

I am trying to do the same thing. I’m surprised there are no tutorials online on how to do this. Have you had any luck yet?
