Hi,
I have got a paid/hosted Webflow site set up that has the domain name listed under ‘Custom Domains’ (with no sub domain) and also the ‘www’ sub domain. The ‘www’ sub domain is listed as default and everything works fine.
I want to switch to remove the www sub domain, so that the non www domain is the default for all traffic. However, when I did this in the admin area and published the site, the site became unreachable.
The DNS records for the domain point the ‘www’ sub domain, via CNAME record, to: proxy-ssl.webflow.com
The primary domain is an A Record that points to 2 IP addresses (presumably I was given them by Webflow originally).
Anyone know why this isn’t working?
