I am trying to help a friend set up a custom domain for their webflow site and it’s not working - we’re getting an ‘Unable to verify domain’ error message but this isn’t enough information to troubleshoot. I then go onto Support. I want to speak with a human but that doesn’t seem to be possible so after what seems like an eternity of click-though links I finally get through to a domain checker that comes up with the result… ‘We’re not sure why your domain isn’t working. Please contact customer support’ and a link which doesn’t do anything. To say I’m frustrated by this ‘support’ is an understatement. Please help me fix this.
