Submitting a Form and getting an error

I have a form: https://test-form-e1864d.webflow.io/

this project does not have any APIs linked to form submission but when i submit this form I get:

yes, i have sent the link to others and sometimes they can submit and sometimes they cant. I also tried the form from my phone and got that same error. any idea how to debug ?

Search on this form for “form cors” errors and see if anything comes up. I recall seeing others reporting this recently. Sounds like an issue on Webflow’s side (I didn’t notice anything off with your form in the Designer, unless I missed something).
