Stop playing youtube when switching Tabs

Hi Guys, Please help.

I have a two tab menu and on each tab i have embedded youtube video (iframe embed).
When the first tab video is playing, and then i switch to second tab.
It is possible to auto stop the youtube video in first tab when the second tab is clicked?
