Sticky Menu not working

i want to know how to create a navbar that doesn’t scroll out of view once you’re at the bottom of the page (it follows and stick to the top) when i do this however, my menu shifts completely from the right to the left…

O my god I think you doesn’t have any experience in webflow. there are so many issues in your website. This is not acceptable website.
