Stick Nav Help. Two row header

I am looking to create a sticky Nav, but I have a two-level header. I want the top part to disappear on scroll, but the bottom part to stay fixed to the top. Here is the link to the site I am building → Webflow - TDH Mechanical

I was able to get the top to disappear and bottom stay sticky on mobile (max-width 600px)
