Stacked Menu layout

Hi all,

I’m trying to recreate this stacked menu layout as seen here : https://mschf.com/

I tried initially using a sticky scroll but found that a consistent height won’t be maintained throughout the projects. I see on the link above the stack never exceeds 4 projects.

have a look and any ideas are welcomed
