Hi All,
I am looking to achieve what is a very basic, but also specific animation on some icons I have designed.
Basically, I want to animate said icons (which consist of a graphic within a circle/outer ring) so that when you hover the cursor over the icon the outer ring dilates, but the graphic remains static. Then when the cursor moves off, the outer ring returns to its normal state.
I hope this makes sense… but please don’t hesitate to ask more questions.
