I created a dynamic page to publish blog articles. To increase the attention of these articles I would like to implement share buttons for social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest,…etc).
How can I implement them? I give you an example what I have found on the pinterest page:

Since it’s a responsive design I do not know what to put into the property lines.
