Slideshow with thumbnails

Hello all,

I am very new to webflow, however, I have done my due diligence in searching and have not come to a solution.
What I would like is a slideshow with thumbnails underneath. (please see screenshot for the idea)
I have found a person that created what I thought would be the solution, however, I can not get it to work properly (after creating a new project and copy/paste -ing it over to my current project.) - This is what I tried to make happen…am I missing code that needs implemented?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. By the way, this is on the “Who We Are” page.

p.s. I tried this with a lightbox (thinking I could make the lightbox be the larger image that would change based upon thumbnail click…no such luck)

Here is my site Read-Only: LINK “Who We Are” page.

Hi @gpstew

You can create this type of slider with the tabs component. Just replace the tab name “text block” with an image element and add the same image inside of the tab pane in the tab content of that tab.

Hello AnnaKelian

I want to say thank you for the superb support. What you suggested absolutely did the trick (as can be seen in the attached screenshot). One day I hope to be comfortable enough in Webflow to work as quickly as you do

Hello Paul @gpstew

You’re most welcome. I’m super happy that you were able to recreate that image gallery in Webflow.

I’m positive you’ll learn how to use Webflow fast. Here are a few tips:

  • Use Webflow every day
  • Watch the Webflow University courses and read the tutorials
  • Search through this forum for answers to your questions and ask all the questions you have
  • Try to answer questions of other users and see if you can find a solution for them. This specifically helped me learn Webflow faster.

Happy designing!

And please share your creations on the Webflow Showcase and in the show and tell section of this forum.
